What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping for vaporizers can take between 5-10 business days depending on your location and the local carrier's schedule.
Do Puffco products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty on our electronic bases. The Puffco Peak Pro and Proxy bases are covered for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Please note that chambers and glass are considered consumable parts.
How do I clean and maintain my device?
To maintain optimal performance, we recommend cleaning your chamber with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol after every use and performing a deep soak of the glass attachment weekly to prevent residue buildup.
What is your return policy for used items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any used items or opened accessories. Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Why does my shipment require an adult signature?
In compliance with federal law (the PACT Act), all deliveries containing vaporization hardware must be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID.
Are Puffco products compatible with third-party accessories?
While some third-party glass may fit, we recommend using official Puffco accessories to ensure proper fitment, safety, and to avoid voiding your manufacturer warranty.
